Personality Dimensions and Values

The five dimensions are derived from the Big 5 Personality factors and also have the acronym eV.A.N.S.™:

  1. equitable. These individuals are guided by an inner sense of what is “right” and have reputation for being meticulous, thorough, and deliberate. Characterised by industriousness and orderliness.
  2. Vivacious. People who have high energy and positive emotionality. Described as extraverts (extroverts).
  3. Agreeable. Individuals who show empathy through compassion and politeness, integrity through honesty and humility.
  4. Nimble. These people have high intellect or imagination and openness to new experiences.
  5. Sensitive. They constantly strive to achieve emotional stability. Very sensitive to the external environment and are commonly described as introverts.

The interesting part is that every person has all 5 personality dimensions with them, just at different degrees. For example, someone could be VAeNS while someone else could be NeSVA. We call this sequence the Operating Mode (OM).
